Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer and nature of ADOMU
ADOMU Summit 2026 (the “Summit” or “ADOMU”) is organized by Associazione Parallel Coast, Via Eleonora D'Arborea
95, 09017 Sant'Antioco (SU), CF: 90040240922, P.IVA: 04189800925, e-mail parallelcoast@pec.it (“ADOMU” or the
“Organizer”).
ADOMU is a cultural and professional project promoting opportunities for connection, community, innovation, remote
work, culture and discovery of the local territory.
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of passes for ADOMU Summit 2026 and should be read
together with the booking page, the description of the selected pass and the Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the Summit
ADOMU Summit 2026 takes place over five days and features a curated program that may include conferences,
workshops, meetings, networking and community moments, cultural activities, local experiences, music events, dinners
and local mobility services.
The actual content included depends on the pass purchased and is limited to what is expressly stated on the relevant
booking page and/or booking confirmation.
The program is designed as an overall experience. Individual speakers, activities, venues, schedules or suppliers may
be changed in accordance with these Terms.
3. Role of ADOMU and third-party suppliers
ADOMU curates the concept, selection and coordination of the program, the community and the overall organization of
the Summit. Through its platforms and communication channels, ADOMU also connects participants with local
operators and suppliers involved in the various activities.
Certain services included in the program or pass – including, by way of example, experiences, activities, catering and
local transportation – may be physically provided by independent third-party suppliers such as restaurants, experience
operators, guides, professionals and transport companies.
Where a service is performed by a third-party supplier, participants must also comply with the reasonable operational
and safety rules communicated by that supplier.
The involvement of third-party suppliers does not waive or limit any mandatory rights available to participants under
applicable law.
4. Services included in the pass
The pass entitles the participant only to the services and activities expressly identified as included on the booking page
for the selected pass.
Depending on the pass purchased, included services may include access to specified ADOMU sessions, conferences
and workshops; selected local experiences and activities; specified dinners or community meals; specified local/urban
transportation organized for ADOMU activities; and any other services expressly identified on the booking page.
Availability for certain activities may be limited by capacity, operational, weather or safety conditions. Any separate
booking procedure for individual activities will be communicated to participants.
5. Services not included
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the booking page, the pass does not include accommodation; flights, ferries,
trains or other travel required to reach or leave Sardinia; airport/port arrival or departure transfers; meals and drinks
other than those expressly included; personal or travel insurance; optional activities or services purchased directly by
the participant; personal expenses; or any service not expressly identified as included.
Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to the destination, accommodation and return
journey.
6. Price, purchase and payment
The applicable price is the price displayed on the booking page at the time of purchase. Any promotional rates, limited
availability or specific commercial conditions will be shown directly on the sales platform.
Before payment, participants can review the selected pass type, total price and principal included services.
A booking is confirmed once ADOMU has received the required payment and the participant has received confirmation,
unless the booking process expressly states otherwise.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied during purchase.
7. Cancellation of the Summit by ADOMU
If ADOMU cancels the Summit in its entirety before its scheduled start date, participants will be entitled to a refund of
the amount paid for their pass, less any payment and/or transaction fees charged by the booking platform or payment
provider where such fees are non-recoverable by ADOMU.
If ADOMU proposes that the Summit take place on a new date, participants may choose either to transfer their booking
to the new date or request a refund of the amount paid for the pass, subject to the same conditions set out above.
The refund applies exclusively to amounts paid to ADOMU for the purchase of the pass. To the extent permitted by
applicable law, ADOMU will not be responsible for reimbursing costs independently incurred by participants for services
not purchased from ADOMU, including flights, ferries, accommodation, airport or port transfers, insurance or other
personal expenses.
The modification or cancellation of individual elements of the program, including speakers, activities, experiences,
dinners, local transportation, venues or schedules, does not constitute cancellation of the Summit. In such cases,
ADOMU will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative or replacement where possible.
In all cases, participants retain any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Name changes
Participants may request transfer of their pass to another person up to 7 days before the Summit begins by writing to
hello@adomu.io and providing the required details of the replacement participant.
A name change is subject to any participation requirements, availability or restrictions connected with specific activities
or suppliers. ADOMU will promptly inform the participant if a transfer cannot be completed.
Unless actual costs are imposed by third-party suppliers or otherwise stated on the booking page, ADOMU does not
charge an administrative fee for the first name change.
9. Changes to the program
The published program reflects the planned schedule at the time of publication and may evolve before or during the
Summit.
ADOMU may make reasonable changes to schedules, venues, speakers, moderators, activities, experiences, menus,
local transportation or other program elements due to organizational needs, supplier availability, weather, safety or other
reasonable circumstances.
A speaker substitution, schedule or venue change, or modification of an individual activity does not automatically entitle
the participant to a refund where the Summit as a whole remains substantially available.
Where reasonably possible, an unavailable activity or service will be replaced with an alternative of a comparable nature
or value.
Any material changes will be handled in accordance with participants’ mandatory rights under applicable law.
10. Cancellation or material change by ADOMU
If ADOMU cancels the entire Summit before it begins and no alternative date accepted by the participant is offered,
ADOMU will refund the pass price paid, subject to any additional rights available under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, a refund of the pass does not include costs independently incurred by participants for
flights, ferries, accommodation, transfers, insurance or other services not purchased from ADOMU.
The cancellation or unavailability of a single experience, dinner, local transport service or other component does not
automatically constitute cancellation of the entire Summit. Where reasonably possible, ADOMU will seek to provide a
comparable alternative.
11. Experiences, activities and local transportation
Some activities may take place outdoors, involve travel, require a minimum level of mobility or involve risks normally
associated with the relevant experience.
Participants must comply with safety instructions provided by ADOMU and third-party suppliers and, where reasonably
requested and relevant, disclose circumstances that may affect safe participation.
ADOMU or the relevant supplier may prevent participation in a specific activity where reasonably necessary for safety
reasons or because the participant has failed to comply with relevant instructions.
Any local transportation included is limited to transportation expressly provided for within the program and does not
constitute a general personal transfer service.
12. Third-party suppliers and liability
Third-party suppliers involved in the Summit operate within their respective areas of expertise and remain responsible
for the physical performance of the services they provide in accordance with applicable law.
ADOMU selects and coordinates partners and suppliers as part of the Summit organization but cannot guarantee that
every service will be free from changes, delays or operational circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, ADOMU is not responsible for loss or damage arising solely from the participant’s
conduct or from acts of third parties that are not attributable to ADOMU.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Extraordinary circumstances and force majeure
Events beyond ADOMU’s reasonable control – including exceptional weather, fires, natural disasters, public health
emergencies, governmental measures, strikes, major transport disruption, sudden infrastructure unavailability or other
extraordinary circumstances – may require modification, suspension or cancellation of part or, in serious cases, all of
the program.
In such circumstances, ADOMU will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact on participants and communicate
available solutions as soon as reasonably possible.
Any refund rights or other financial consequences will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the nature
of the relevant change or cancellation.
14. Personal responsibility and conduct
Each participant is responsible for their own conduct and agrees to respect other participants, staff, speakers, suppliers,
host venues, local communities and reasonable rules communicated during the Summit.
Illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, seriously offensive or disruptive conduct that compromises safety or the proper
operation of the event may result in removal from an individual activity or the Summit, subject to applicable law.
Participants may be held responsible for damage intentionally or negligently caused to venues, equipment or property
belonging to ADOMU, suppliers or third parties.
15. Insurance and travel
As travel, accommodation and airport/port transfers are not included in the pass, each participant is responsible for their
own travel arrangements.
ADOMU recommends that participants consider appropriate personal and travel insurance, including, where
appropriate, medical, personal accident, personal liability, trip cancellation and trip interruption coverage.
Any mandatory insurance requirement for a specific activity will be communicated before participation in that activity.
16. Photography, Video and Use of Image
During ADOMU Summit 2026, photographs, video footage and audiovisual recordings may be taken during activities,
meetings and other moments of the event.
By participating in the Summit and accepting these Terms & Conditions, participants acknowledge and agree that their
image may be captured during the event and used by ADOMU for the purposes of documenting, communicating and
promoting the Summit and the ADOMU project, including publication on websites, social media channels, promotional
materials, presentations, press releases and content relating to current and future editions of ADOMU.
Such use may take place in digital and printed media, without territorial limitation and without any compensation being
due to the participant, while respecting the dignity, image and reputation of the person portrayed and in accordance with
applicable law.
The use of participants’ images will be limited to content connected with ADOMU, its activities, event communications
and the promotion of the ADOMU project, and will not include the transfer of such images to third parties for commercial
purposes unrelated to ADOMU.
Any rights of the participant that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law shall remain unaffected.
17. Personal data
Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with ADOMU’s Privacy Policy and applicable data
protection legislation.
The Privacy Policy will be available on the website and/or during the purchase process. Any optional consents relating
to marketing, commercial communications or tracking technologies will be managed separately where required by
applicable law.
18. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to
consumers under applicable law.
Where a participant acts as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer protections, including any
protections that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
The legal classification of the services offered as part of the Summit depends on the actual characteristics of the pass
and the manner in which the services are offered, purchased and performed.
19. Acceptance of the Terms
Before completing a purchase, participants should carefully review these Terms & Conditions, the description of the
selected pass, the included services and the Privacy Policy.
By completing the purchase and selecting the relevant acceptance checkbox, participants confirm that they have read
and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required under applicable law, including consent
relating to marketing or non-essential cookies/tracking technologies.
